Hollywood Fairies

This is assignment 5 of Nathan Fowkes' "Designing with Color and Light" course on Schoolism. The goal for this one was to create a scene focusing on color & light instead of the details. I decided to also give myself a constrained color palette.

The story behind it is that whenever I listen to "Young and Beautiful" by Lana del Rey it makes me think of a woman looking at the city lights during a summer night, so I decided to go for it and paint it. And of course, I had to add a little magical detail with the fairies!
